The Denali Steak Platter
Family platter. BBQ'd T-bone, tenderloin and sirloin steak, basted in butter and garlic, cut up and plated on a wood slab served over a cheesy green chile Polenta, with grilled onions cut in half. Topped with pesto, grilled green and red bell peppers, grilled asparagus and grilled mushrooms, beans and choice of potato. Butter and garlic for dipping.
